11 days!

I can't believe how fast this summer has gone! I am only 11 days away from leaving! I have no idea if I am ready for this adventure!

I have been an emotional wreck lately. I know this is going to be an amazing experience and it is a chance of a lifetime but I am NERVOUS! It didn't help that my new "friends" at the National Guard tent at the fair told me I need to be careful because I could get kidnaped and sold into sex slavery. Just what I wanted to hear right before I leave! I was trying to not think about terrible things happening to me!

Since the last time I blogged Bob closed on the house. We took down wallpaper, removed wood paneling, painted and unpacked. There is still a lot of unpacking to do but it will hopefully get done this week! I have been working 9-3 then 4- midnight to try and get some extra money before I leave. It will all pay off in the end but boy am I tired! There are only 2 more days of the fair. I work M-W and then I am done working until I move back from Germany!!

I hope everyone has had a great summer like I have. I am going to miss all my kids so much! Tonight I ran into my little cousin at the fair. I am so sad that I will miss a whole year of their childhood. It is so much fun to watch them grow and learn. Thankfully I will be able to use skype to keep in touch. Don't forget to send me your skype name so I can add you!
