Double Digits!

98 Days!

I am so excited that I am down to double digits!

I have a huge list of things to bring with me and have started to pack some stuff that I won't need until I get there. It is slowly but surely coming along.

Making sure I have everything is going to be stressful so the more I get together now the less I have to worry about later. Its a lot of silly stuff like Advil! My friend Amy can't find Advil there only aspirin. I had coupons so I stocked up at Target the other day.

Today I was given luggage from one of the families I work for. What a blessing! Luggage was going to be one of the most expensive things I had to buy. Now I just need a duffle bag that I can put on top!

I got my MacBook Pro last week! I absolutely love it! I finally have skype too! Brittany_Lazickas add me! I would love to have lots of people to talk to while I am gone!

Thats all the updating for now!

Thank you all for the love and support!

What I need before I leave

Some people have been asking what I need before I leave for Germany. Here are a few things that I threw on a wishlist real quick. I will continue to add/delete things as I get them.

The link to my wishlist is : http://www.wishlistr.com/blazickas/

Once again thank you for all of the support! I am so excited for Germany. I can't believe it is only a few short months away!

Time is flying!

I can't believe it is already May 7th! Classes are over and I have 3 exams until I am done with this semester! It is crazy how fast this semester has gone. It was one of my most stressful semesters but also one of my most rewarding semesters. I have met so many great people at Niagara. Its weird because I technically will be going there next year but I will be in Germany going to another school.

Last weekend was really tough for me but thankfully Bob was there. I took on the challenge to watch 3 kids for 5 days. I knew it was going to be hard work but it ended up being even harder when one of the girls got sick. My job makes me thankful for my wonderful mom everyday. I was thankful before but being a nanny and not just a babysitter has REALLY changed my perspective!

I am getting more and more excited for Germany. I have SO much to do before I go! I make lists upon lists and don't know how I am going to fit it all in my luggage! First I need to get luggage! I plan on taking 2 large suitcases and a backpack for the flight. Any suggestions on what brand of luggage I should get? Anyone have extra luggage I can have? haha The less I have to buy the better! The exchange rate is currently $1.45 USD = 1 EUR. Thankfully it is going down right now but I am worried what it will be when I leave!

Bob got a webcam in his Easter basket so we can Skype while I am gone. We set it up last night. Manny is confused by seeing and hearing Bob on the computer. It was entertaining though!

I am looking forward to Germany so I can relax and have fun. I am planning on working as much as I can from now until I leave so I have spending money for a year. It will be nice to have a year of no responsibilities other than school! I have worked since the day after I turned 16 so it will definitely be a change of pace!

Please comment on my posts if you have any comments! I love hearing from everyone. :)

Thank you for all of your love and support!
